What Youll be Doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Building your network through business development and onboarding new clients by offering your expert knowledge on the market
Sourcing the candidate that they are looking for via headhunting, cold calling and advertising
Gaining a strong and lasting relationship with both clients and candidates by successfully placing the candidate. This is done by organizing all the interviews and giving them tips on how to succeed
