This role will focus on sourcing candidates for a range of IT positions, with a particular emphasis on IT, Data, and AI roles. You will play a key part in building strong candidate relationships and matching talent to opportunities. Engage with candidates via phone and build lasting relationships Source and manage a pipeline of candidates across IT, Data, and AI roles Strong relationship-building skills Permanent position Hybrid working - 3 days per week in our Glasgow city centre office Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
