This team is responsible for managing costs across our responsive and planned housing maintenance and repair contracts. The role will be based at our office in Dartford, Kent. They work to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials and services is achieved. Repairs span the full spectrum of trades and include electrical repairs, carpentry, plumbing and much more.
