Key Responsibilities:

Assist in placing subcontractor trade orders

Support timely and accurate payments to subcontractors, in line with agreements and legislation

Help prepare cost value reports and cost forecasts

Carry out physical measurements on-site to assess the value of works completed

Support the agreement of final accounts with subcontractors

*

Attend relevant training sessions and development courses

*

Collaborate with construction teams to build technical knowledge

*

Take part in day-to-day commercial project support activities
