We are seeking a reliable , methodical individual with excellent communication skills to join our production team as a TraineeProcess Operative . This role offers a clear and structured career path, including training opportunities to progress within the dairy industry. It would ideally suit a candidate who is already experienced in Production or Machine Operation - with a background in Food Production.
Note: This role is physical and requires manual handling
Summary Days worked: Monday - Sunday Hours: 37.5 hours, five shifts per week Start Times: Vary based on role - from 0500
Your Development Journey:
Process Operative Training (6 - 7 months) Start as a trainee on the external tanker bay, ensuring the safe, hygienic intake of raw milk. Complete practical, hands-on training alongside studying for a Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP qualification.
