A well-established refrigeration business is seeking a Trainee / Apprentice Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join its team, supporting projects for high-profile commercial clients across the South.
Working under the guidance of experienced engineers and supervisors, you will assist with refrigeration installation works on live sites. This is a role offering long-term development and progression within a respected, growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with refrigeration and air conditioning installations
Supporting installation works from site setup through to completion
Working alongside senior engineers, supervisors and project managers
Adhering to health & safety, environmental and quality standards
Assisting with basic installation documentation where required
Liaising professionally with other trades and site personnel
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Candidate Profile
Open to trainee or apprentice-level candidates
Suitable for individuals looking to gain engineering qualifications, or those with existing qualifications seeking further site experience
Practical, reliable and keen to learn
Able to work both as part of a team and independently when required
Full UK driving licence preferred
