If YES, we want to hear from you! Trainee Driver Academy (TDA): This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver. What You’ll Do: While training you may be utilised in a 3.5T vehicle or learn on the job with a mentor showing you all aspects of the job. After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence you will be assessed in a 26T vehicle and be a qualified driver Salary Progression: * Basic salary of £31,725 during training. * After obtaining your Class 2 licence you will be assessed in a 26T vehicle and once signed off, your salary will increase to £37,360.00 Career Development: Many of our current Distribution Team Leaders have progressed from driving roles, so there are unlimited career growth opportunities within the company.
