About the role
Our client are looking to recruit a Trainee Field Engineer to support thier customers in the South of England. You will assist with planned leakage surveys developing your skills daily. You will be responsible for identifying and locating hidden leaks on their customers water mains and service pipes using both traditional and advanced leak detection techniques like sounding, correlating and acoustic logging utilising AI algorithms.
As a Field Engineer your role is crucial to maintaining our customers water supply network. You will be responsible for conducting a range of leak detection activities to resolve issues promptly. You will provide an exceptional service to our customers, recording and reporting findings.
Their engineers are active in all weather conditions and locations, from urban to rural locations. Some locations can be busy meaning our teams occasionally start work early or work at night.
