Job Description

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 p.a. + company van + full training\n\nLocation: Field-based (UK South East / South Central )\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe're looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic Trainee Security & Data Engineer who's eager to learn and develop into a skilled professional. You'll work closely with experienced engineers on installations and maintenance of security and structured cabling systems, gaining exposure to industry-leading technology and on-the-job training.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Assist senior engineers with the installation of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercom, and Data Cabling systems\n\n• Pull and terminate cabling neatly and efficiently to professional standards\n\n• Learn to read site drawings, complete testing and documentation, and follow safety procedures\n\n• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good order\n\n• Demonstrate commitment to learning and self-development through proactive training\n\nRequirements\n\n• Strong technical aptitude and good practical skills.
