Trainee Estimator

You’ll be joining a supportive and down‑to‑earth team in a period of exciting growth, with turnover increasing from £10m to £15m over the past three years. This role gives you genuine hands‑on training across estimating, bid writing and business development/sales, before developing into a specialist pathway that suits your strengths.
