Trainee Estates Surveyor Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE. Formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.

We deliver multi- disciplinary property design, consultancy, master planning, regeneration, project/programme management, construction, emergency, reactive, compliance asset management, planned services, estate management services as well as managing the development/ disposal projects on behalf of Nottingham County Council
