Excellent opportunity within a family-owned business, for both trainee Composite GRP/Fibreglass manufacturing with initial earnings of £12.50 per hour, rising with experience, based in Kidderminster. Quantum Mouldings Ltd is a key player in the supply of finished GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) parts, supplying many markets including automotive, industrial, leisure and advertising industries. Quantum is a family owned business which employs around 47 people on their Kidderminster site. Please look at our website for further details. Due to growth, we have an opportunity to recruit a trainee for our GRP (Fibreglass) manufacturing site. We have a successful and proven trainee programme to learn the skills necessary to make and finish high quality GRP / fibreglass parts. No experience is necessary. The successful candidates will show a good work ethic, reliability and willingness and aptitude to learn. Opportunities exist to progress in the company, with training typically completed in three months, leading to full time positions and further development.
