Trainee Cabling Engineer

Odin Recruitment are currently looking for a keen and motivated individual who is interested in building a career in the Structured Cabling industry.

What is Structured Cabling? It’s the installation of the network infrastructure that keeps buildings connected things like data cables, fibre optics, and communication systems used in offices, warehouses, hospitals, schools and more. It’s a hands‑on, technical field with strong long‑term career prospects.

What this role offers: • Full on‑the‑job training • Real experience across a variety of environments (offices, warehouses, hospitals etc.) • Work alongside a senior engineer who will guide and support you

Formal qualifications provided as part of your development

Ideal Candidate: • Some knowledge of structured cabling

Experience in a construction environment is beneficial

A driving licence and own transport is preferred (to meet the engineer on site)

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
