This role offers full training and support, with the opportunity to work in a new office space.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of broker accounts to drive engagement and support case placement across multiple product areas.
• Achieve financial and activity targets through outbound contact and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of 200–300 broker accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual financial targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls.
• Support business levels for key accounts to meet targets.
• Assist brokers in placing enquiries across various mortgage types.
