Trainee Assistant Site Manager- Suffolk based Opportunity for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to work for a multi-billion turnover construction and development business with a turnover more than £1 Billion. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload secured on one of their major projects.

About the role

Working as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager site-based in Suffolk across a mixture of live and upcoming phases. Supporting delivery of a major multi-phase accommodation scheme consisting of 16 residential blocks, leisure facilities, cafés and associated infrastructure works. Exposure to additional projects valued between £10m-£40m across the education, healthcare and commercial office sectors . Based in Suffolk for an initial 3-4 year period with a strong pipeline of further projects secured with the existing client. Monitoring day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing safely, on programme and in line with drawings and specifications. Supporting the Site Manager with coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site documentation and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
