Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal Supervisor to oversee and manage traffic management operations on a busy construction site. The role will involve supervising traffic marshals, coordinating vehicle movements, and ensuring all traffic management activities are carried out safely and in compliance with site and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Supervision of traffic marshals and day-to-day traffic operations

Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements safely around site
*
Liaising with site management, logistics teams, and subcontractors
*
Ensuring traffic management plans and site rules are followed
*
Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements
*
Valid CSCS card (essential)
*
SSSTS/SMSTS certificate
*
Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification
*
Proven experience in a Traffic Marshal Supervisor or similar role
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a team
