Salary: £50,000 £60,000 per annum + company vehicle / allowance + benefits

Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a commercially minded and driven Traffic Management Operations Manager to lead their Traffic Management division in East Sussex.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing teams, resources, and performance across the South East, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

The Role Lead and manage Traffic Management operatives across multiple sites
Plan and allocate TM resources, plant, and supply chain effectively
Manage the weekly programme, recharges, and operational delivery
Take ownership of P&L performance, driving efficiency and profitability
Ensure full compliance with NHSS 12A/B & 12D, health & safety, and site standards
Carry out regular site audits and deliver toolbox talks
Build strong client relationships and support work winning activities

About You Proven experience in Traffic Management operations within highways or infrastructure
Strong knowledge of NHSS 12A/B & 12D standards
