Job Description

My client is a small and friendly food production business based in March. They are looking for a Trading Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Trade team. Main duties include:


  • Liaising with yard team on loading and grading requirements
  • Printing all documents required for the yard and office
  • Liaising with hauliers to ensure efficient collection and deliveries
  • Keeping accurate results of all grading and deliveries
  • Managing the trading sheet administration system


Key requirements for the role include:


  • Experience of produce industry, preferably fresh
  • Excellent admin skills
  • IT skills – Sage and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Able to understand the dynamics of the produce sectors
  • Able to work in a small team and be very hands on


This role is based full time in the March based office.
