This dynamic role offers a 50/50 split between office management and on-site supervision. You will oversee a team of up to 10 skilled tradespeople, ensuring projects are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead, manage, and support a team of tradespeople across multiple projects.\n\nSchedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring resources and materials are available.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact between the office and site operations.\n\nConduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.\n\nMaintain accurate records of job progress, workforce management, and reporting.\n\nCollaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven trade experience in a relevant field (e.g., construction, maintenance, or refurbishment).\n\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\n\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficient in using scheduling software and basic office applications.\n\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required\n\nThis is a hands-on role, requiring you to be fully involved in the practical work alongside the team to ensure efficiency and productivity, and would someone with Small Works/Property experience. \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary + van + fuel\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth.\n\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.\n\nIf you're a proactive leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for the trade industry, we'd love to hear from you
