£32,000 per annum Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday: 7:30 am – 10:30 am Permanent position

Vanta Staffing is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Trade Counter Sales Assistant for our client in Hanwell. The role's primary objective is to deliver exceptional customer service while maximising branch sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their needs and supply the correct products. Proactively identify sales opportunities, offering expert advice and tailored solutions. Maintain a clean, well-organised, and attractively merchandised counter area in accordance with company policy. Collaborate efficiently with team members to consistently exceed customer expectations. Ensure adherence to company policies when preparing sales documentation. Communicate with suppliers, other branches, and departments as required. Support the Branch Manager and colleagues to ensure smooth and effective branch operations within company guidelines.
