Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead growth in their Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) channel. This role blends business acquisition, relationship management, and commercial development, offering the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving sustainable revenue by managing and enabling others, rather than generating it solely through direct sales. While commercial drive remains essential, success in this role comes from a long-term, partnership-focused mindset.
The Role

Manage a portfolio of 20–30 TPI partners across the UK.

Generate new business while nurturing and growing existing partnerships.

Attend around 8 in-person TPI meetings per month — nationwide travel required.

Develop and deliver strategies to grow revenue, improve live rates, and strengthen partner performance.

Support onboarding, training, compliance, and quality processes to maximise results.
*
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and commercial alignment.
*
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and partner sessions.
