We're working with a highly respected independent planning consultancy to recruit a Town Planner into their Oxfordshire-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, expert-led practice known for delivering high-quality planning advice across residential, heritage, and rural development projects.

Greater project ownership and client exposure A varied workload across residential and rural schemes Mentorship from experienced planning professionals A clear path toward MRTPI chartership (if not already achieved)
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals Supporting on a wide range of development projects Conducting site appraisals and planning research Drafting planning statements and reports Liaising with clients, local authorities, and consultants Supporting senior team members on complex projects
About You
Degree qualified in Town Planning or related discipline Working towards MRTPI or recently chartered Experience in a consultancy or local authority environment Strong report writing and communication skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop professionallyThe Company
