\nThe Role \nAs a Senior - Associate Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a key position offering client-facing responsibility, leadership opportunities, and the ability to make a tangible impact on the success of projects. \nKey Responsibilities: \n·Lead and manage a range of planning projects from inception to delivery.

\n·Provide clear, commercially driven planning advice to clients. \n·Oversee application preparation, submission, and negotiation processes. \n·Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

\n·Mentor and support junior team members. \nAbout You: \n·MRTPI qualified (or working towards). \n·Proven experience in a planning consultancy or similar environment.

\n·Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation. \n·Commercial awareness with excellent client management skills. \n·Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
