Bespak are looking for a Toolmaker for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £43k and £49k (The salary includes the shift allowance). Our generous benefits package includes 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life assurance. Working Pattern 3 Shift Mon to Fri 2pm to 10:30pm / 6am to 2:30pm / 10pm to 6:30am, alternates each week. Once you click apply, you will be redirected to our company website to make your application. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex injection mould tools to ensure maximum production efficiency and product integrity. You will manufacture precision parts from drawings using a full range of workshop equipment, always maintaining a "right first time" approach and strict adherence to quality standards. Beyond technical maintenance, you will manage documentation, obtain external quotations, and provide expert feedback to leadership to improve manufacturing robustness.
