You will be making and repairing extrusion and injection mould tools, jigs and fixtures, troubleshooting extrusion and injection moulding equipment to find out whether it is or isn't the tool causing an equipment failure and maintaining tooling so that our uPVC products can be manufactured with minimal, or zero interruption caused by faulty tooling.

WHAT OUR TOOLMAKERS DO: Diagnose and resolve tooling-related issues in the extrusion process, Identify wear, defects, and other technical problems affecting product quality or production efficiency Ensure all extrusion tools and dies meet quality standards and are within tight specified tolerances Work closely with the engineering team to optimize tool designs Assist with new product development by providing technical insight and tooling expertise Proactively suggest i...
