As the Toolroom Supervisor you will be responsible for helping the business achieve daily production targets whilst quality is maintained at all times whilst optimizing efficiencies. Duties of the Toolroom Team Leader: Planning &organization of works orders &labour within the department to achieve agreed daily O.T.D.& recoveries; ensuring production time is fully utilized &productivity maximized - Ensure timesheets are completed & booked Parts are produced in accordance with approved quality standards, procedures &process techniques as defined by the route cards & drawings Ensuring that standard working practices are followed on all operations in terms of Workflow, WIP quantities, process/cycle times and procedures. Continually monitors existing production techniques/methods &where identified implements improvements or alterations via the correct procedures. Monitors, analyses &orders department consumable stock levels
