Main Purpose of Job Role Overview As a TNC Lead Generation Executive at Hertz PCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our vehicle rental and Rent-to-Buy (R2B) offerings within the PCO (Private Hire) sector. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities-particularly targeting PCO-licensed drivers at strategic locations such as Green Light Hubs (GLH) and TNC (Transportation Network Company) partner sites. You will be responsible for consistently generating high-quality leads and ensuring their timely delivery to our internal conversion team. Success in this role will rely on your ability to build relationships, recognize emerging market trends, and drive forward initiatives that increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
