Responsibilities The Seller Experience Team is dedicated to enhancing the experience throughout the entire seller journey on TikTok Shop, from onboarding sellers and listing products to addressing violations and appeals, as well as optimizing logistics and providing comprehensive seller and AM education. Our primary objective is to ensure a seamless and efficient process that empowers our sellers to succeed on the platform. The team focuses on improving the end-to-end seller journey on TikTok Shop—from seller onboarding and product listing to fulfillment, logistics, aftersales, violations, etc. Our goal is to create a seamless and efficient ecosystem that enables sellers to succeed on the platform. As a Specialist, you will analyze seller experience across the entire lifecycle, identify key blockers through data insights and case reviews, and develop strategic, scalable solutions. This role plays a critical part in bridging sellers, BizOps, and XFN teams by capturing the voice of sellers and translating it into actionable improvements. You will work on high-priority initiatives, partnering closely with Biz Ops, Governance, Product, and other XFN teams to drive strategic solutions and measurable improvements in seller experience. Key Responsibilities
Seller Experience Analysis: Conduct data analysis and case deep dives to uncover root causes behind seller pain points and operational inefficiencies. Strategic Solution Development: Identify and prioritize key seller experience issues and develop systematic, scalable solutions across areas such as onboarding, listing, and violation management. Project Management: Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, GNE, Operations, and other teams to implement improvement projects. Metrics & Reporting: Track key seller experience metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Support project reviews and leadership updates to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and prioritize impactful solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in strategy & operations, business analysis, or XFN project management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in seller experience, marketplace operations, or governance-related topics. Familiarity with seller research or voice-of-seller programs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives. Based in London and able to work closely with XFN teams on site.
