TIG Welder/Fabricator
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Competitive DOE
A fantastic client of ours are looking for a skilled TIG welder/fabricator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to permanent employment. This role involves producing high-quality stainless steel BBQ grills for commercial and residential use, including bespoke, top-chef-designed custom builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble components to specifications
Perform TIG welding tasks (primarily stainless steel)
Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate materials
Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks
Perform occasional delivery drops and customer site visits
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace

Requirements:
Solid TIG welding skills (essential)
Experience with fabrication and assembly
Proficient with hand tools and power tools
Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
Experience working with sheet metal is preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to read technical drawings
2 years minimum TIG welding experience
Full UK Driving license and car

Advantageous / Desirable:
Experience operating a press brake, sheet metal guillotine, sheet metal rolls, drill press, etc.
Purge welding process experience
Metal finishing of work after welding
Some assembly work from time to time (non-repetitive)
Fitting materials or parts to finished products
