TIG Welder/ Fabricator

£42k - £44k dependant on experience, based in Dorset

This is not a high-volume production role. The position focuses on one-off and low-volume bespoke fabrication, requiring precision, adaptabilityand a strong understanding of complex assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG welding and fabrication of exhaust systems, fuel tanksand associated components
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing high-integrity welds to exacting standards
• Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams on bespoke builds
• Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator in a precision engineering environment
• Strong background in bespoke or prototype fabrication (not repetitive batch work)
• Experience working with thin-wall materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, exotic alloys)
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings
• Background in aerospace, motorsport, defenceor high-performance engineering is highly desirable
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship
