This EA role might be the best I've seen all year. And I've seen a lot.

When I look at new EA roles, I look for the ingredients. Does the Principal have it? Does the firm? Does the setup?

In this case, I'll stake my 20+ years of experience on an emphatic HELL YES.

The Principal: Young enough to have the energy. Experienced enough to know what good looks like – in deals, in people, in situations.

The firm: Nimble enough to move fast. Established enough to make big things happen.

Now for the deal breaker.

This role is fast. I mean REALLY fast. The Principal is non-stop. Complex scheduling isn't a side task – it's the foundation everything else is built on.

You need to handle a diary with such precision that a sleight-of-hand magician would look clumsy by comparison.

When the diary runs like a Swiss watch, everything changes. The Principal has more time. Less chaos. More space to breathe. And suddenly you're not firefighting – you're building. You're moving. You're becoming indispensable.

But if you can't keep up with the scheduling, the follow-ups, the meeting logistics, the travel? This isn't your role.

The job spec is simple: "Here's my life. Please, please make it better."

You'll work across business and private. You'll build a partnership rooted in trust. And that trust will open doors you didn't know existed.

There is no ceiling here. Only what you're capable of.

To get through our door, you'll need to be already doing this job:

- Founder or CEO-level support experience

- Finance sector background (or similar high-intensity environment)

- Several years of operating at this level
