From routine ENT surgery to cardiac and spinal procedures, and through to our fully private maternity service supporting over 1,600 births each year, colleagues experience a level of variety and exposure that is rare in a private setting.

You'll rotate across our state‑of‑the‑art elective theatres and hybrid theatre, gaining valuable experience in acute and specialist procedures. It's a fast‑paced, technology‑rich environment where your skills will grow, your confidence will build and your contribution will be truly valued.
At HCA UK we care about what you care about. We care that you want to deliver the very best care. We care that you want a career you can be proud of. We care that you want working conditions that support your health and wellbeing. Let us care for you and your career, the same way you do for others.
What you'll do:
  • Deliver scrub support across a broad range of surgical specialities
  • Provide skilled assistance to consultants during procedures
  • Prepare, check and manage specialist instruments and equipment
  • Maintain a safe, organised and calm operating environment
  • Contribute to high standards of clinical care across women's and children's services
What you'll bring:
  • Current HCPC or NMC registration
  • Post‑graduate experience working within theatres
  • Strong scrub skills across a range of surgical specialities
  • Commitment to safe, high‑quality patient care
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, multi‑speciality environment
