Responsibilities
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
- Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
- Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
- Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications
- Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HPC).
- Relevant qualifications and experience for a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP).
Experience
- Post-registration experience.
- Passion for high standards, meticulous eye for detail, focused, flexible, motivated team worker.
Person Specification
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, employ best practices, and uphold high standards of patient care.
