Thai Sous Chef Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience cooking authentic Thai cuisine at Sous Chef level Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a busy kitchen environment Strong knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, techniques, and flavours Ability to collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials Confidence in managing kitchen operations during service while maintaining quality and consistency Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Right to work in the UK
