Test Technician - Aerospace Sector

We're seeking skilled Test Technicians to join a leading aerospace engineering company based in Titchfield. In this hands-on role, you'll be working with mechanical valve systems, conducting rigorous pressure and fuel rig testing to verify safety, performance, and quality standards.

Key Duties

Conduct functional testing of mechanical valves on pressure and fuel rigs. Identify and report internal and external leaks. Verify torque values and pressure flow rates. Perform shimming and adjustment to achieve correct cracking pressure. Interpret technical drawings and written test procedures accurately. Work within DESAR protocols and maintain high standards through 5S/TPM practices. Use and update non-conformance databases where necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience using pressure and fuel testing rigs. Competence in leak detection, torque setting, and pressure calibration. Knowledge of DESAR procedures and aerospace testing standards.
