We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join the team, responsible for managing the execution and completion of testing across a complex, multi-supplier and multi-stakeholder environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership and proven expertise in defect management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage preparation, execution, and reporting of manual and automated testing.Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects.Oversee retesting and feedback loops for defect fixes.Produce clear reports and analysis, and present findings in meetings.Identify root causes and trends to drive process improvements.Forecast defect volumes and refine forecasts based on actual data.Continuously manage and improve the defect management process.Hands‑on experience in defect management within a complex multi‑supplier and multi‑stakeholder environment.Ability to demonstrate value added in previous roles (CVs should include examples).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Tosca or similar test automation tools.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.How to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, apply now with your CV detailing relevant experience and examples of where you have delivered value in defect management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
