Job Title: Test Manager with Automation Experience Working Arrangement: Hybrid Key Responsibilities:

Manage the test process and lead a team of test engineers in a hands‑on capacity. Develop, implement, and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks for multiple applications, including those with Graphical User Interfaces (GUI). Actively participate in the technology development and operations pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of testing procedures. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize test objectives, strategies, and plans. Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality. Monitor, analyse, and report test results, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test management and automation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably with a focus on test automation. Strong hands‑on experience with GUI testing and automated testing tools. In‑depth knowledge of the technology development and operations pipeline. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. A commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends.
