This would be an Inside IR35 role. Job description: The client are looking for a Test Manager to join the team to manage execution and completion of testing. As the ideal candidate, you will have hands‑on experience of defect management in a complex multi-supplier and multi-stakeholder environment. Responsibilities

Managing preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated testing. Managing business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects. Managing retesting and feedback. Reporting and analysis - both documented reports and in meetings. Identifying root causes and trends to elevate for improvements. Forecasting for defects and refining those forecasts based on actual statistics. Managing and improving the defect management process.
