Working experience on testing Oracle Field Services. Hands on experience in Utilities Industry. Able to prepare ST, SIT & UAT testing cases. Able to interact with Dev team, Business users and other stakeholders during the test phases. Experience in Test Management tools like JIRA and Azure Devops. Working experience in Agile delivery Model. Able to Model and prepare Test data for different phases of testing. Able to prepare Test Strategy and Test plan documents for CRM Billing applications.
