Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test & Electrical Team Leader to join the Production team at a fast paced growing Rail service organisation. This position is well-suited to an individual seeking to progress their career by combining hands-on engineering expertise with team leadership and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of testing and electrical activities. This is a hybrid role, with responsibilities split approximately 50/50 between practical, on-the-tools work and leadership, planning, and team coordination duties.
