They are now seeking a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a key Kent postcodes.
The Role
- Managing and developing an established account base of premium salons and barbers
- Growing territory value through proactive new business acquisition
- Driving product distribution, highlighting innovation and promoting the full portfolio
- Delivering regular in-salon visits, product advice and commercial support
- Building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and decision-makers
- Creating and executing territory plans to maximise sales performance
- Using social media effectively to engage accounts, promote products and build presence
- Managing your own diary, prioritising high-value opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience
- Proven track record of developing an account base and growing territory revenue
- Excellent communicator with a confident, relationship-led approach
- Dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven
- Enthusiastic about innovation, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and maximise productivity
- Highly flexible and open to coaching, development and continuous improvement
- Comfortable using social media commercially to elevate brand presence
- Entrepreneurial in thinking, proactive in identifying opportunities
- Experience in the hair and beauty sector is beneficial but not essential
