They are now seeking a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a key Kent postcodes.


The Role

  • Managing and developing an established account base of premium salons and barbers
  • Growing territory value through proactive new business acquisition
  • Driving product distribution, highlighting innovation and promoting the full portfolio
  • Delivering regular in-salon visits, product advice and commercial support
  • Building strong relationships with salon owners, stylists and decision-makers
  • Creating and executing territory plans to maximise sales performance
  • Using social media effectively to engage accounts, promote products and build presence
  • Managing your own diary, prioritising high-value opportunities


The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years B2B field sales experience
  • Proven track record of developing an account base and growing territory revenue
  • Excellent communicator with a confident, relationship-led approach
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and results-driven
  • Enthusiastic about innovation, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and maximise productivity
  • Highly flexible and open to coaching, development and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable using social media commercially to elevate brand presence
  • Entrepreneurial in thinking, proactive in identifying opportunities
  • Experience in the hair and beauty sector is beneficial but not essential
