The Job  \n\nThe Company: \n\nA market leading manufacturer and distributor of medical products. \n\nSeeing continual and exponential growth. \n\nA fantastic career opportunity. \n\nThe Role of the Territory Manager \n\nThe job is an out and out Territory Manager role and is a new business role. Will be selling their whole portfolio of medical devices and consumable products including, suction liners, catheters, cardiology consumables, stents, wound drainage vacuums, ENT suction products etc.  \n\nYou will be liaising with and selling to a wide range of hospital departments including theatre managers, sisters, nurses, procurement, neonatal departments, ITU/CCU/ICU, material management departments, EBME.   \n\nYou will be tasked to visit around 2 hospitals a day but will have multiple access to multiple departments within the hospitals.  \n\nYou will spend around 35% of time in theatre.  \n\nCovering a North Thames region which includes North London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Suffolk, Norfolk & Cambridgeshire   \n\nBenefits of the Territory Manager \n\n£33k-£40k basic + OTE £20k in 1st year  \n\nCar allowance  \n\nPhone  \n\nLaptop  \n\n25 days holiday  \n\n4 x life  \n\nThe Ideal Person for the Territory Manager \n\nAmazing opportunity for someone that wants to join a good company that rewards sales people.  \n\nLooking for candidates that can demonstrate sales data and proof of achievement, as well as an understanding of how you hit you targets, KPI achievements, including year-on-year target percentage figures & New Business Target hitters/achievements. \n\nIdeally you will have a life science degree and be a sports person looking for someone competitive.  \n\n3 years minimum sales experience, someone who’s done cold calling.  \n\nSomeone that is used to a fast-moving role, where accounts are always under threat.  \n\nConsistently calling in to make sure your customer isn’t using another provider. \n\nIt’s not a hard sell cold call every day but it’s popping in to see a lot of people and a lot of stakeholders.
