We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Tenant Liaison Officer to join our client's team, working on key social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between tenants, contractors, and the project team. Provide clear communication to residents about planned works, schedules, and any disruptions. Organise and attend tenant meetings, including pre-start and follow-up visits. Handle queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically. Ensure residents' needs are considered and supported during works, including vulnerable tenants. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update project teams accordingly.
