This business has a large mechanical scope of work and currently require aTemporary Works Engineer to be based on site at HPC for a long term contract Main responsibilities to include Coordinate and supervise all types of temporary works in line with the business Temporary works procedures, ensuring safe erection, use, maintenance and dismantling of temporary work. Delegate and organise tasks to align with the temporary works schedule. Engage with the client and contractors to ensure the temporary works are designed, checked and implemented on site in accordance with relevant drawings, specifications and safety standards Manage and monitor all temporary works to ensure delivery in line with the business UK HSEQ policy Prepare, maintain and regularly review the Temporary Works register to ensure all temporary works and the assigned level of risk is included.
