About DIANA
The Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) is NATO’s newest body. From across the Alliance, DIANA will bring together innovators and operational end users to foster a transatlantic ecosystem supporting dual-use ground-breaking innovation in deep technologies. The DX will conduct DIANA’s mission: accelerating deep tech, dual-use solutions to critical transatlantic challenges in defence and security. The DX will use Challenge Programmes in line with a published Strategic Direction, as the primary vehicle to accomplish this mission. Duties
Manage HubSpot projects on a day-to-day basis, including risk management and project documentation
Coordinate and direct the delivery of HubSpot services by three implementation partners ensuring timely and high-quality execution of project scope
Collaborate with Digital Strategy Advisor to scope and prioritize internal client requirements in alignment with business objectives
Support Digital Strategy Advisor in defining project budgets, scope and timelines, as well as establishing project goals and deliverables
Identify, escalate and manage project timelines, risks and issues minimizing impact on project delivery
Produce regular project documentation and communicate project status clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
Perform any other related duties as may be required.
Role requirements, qualifications and experience
ESSENTIAL
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience with HubSpot
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT projects (ideally Software as a Service projects)
Good understanding of Scrum or other agile methodologies
Very strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
Possess the following minimum levels of NATO’s official languages (English/French): V (“Advanced”) in one; and I (“Beginner”) in the other.
NOTE: Most of DIANA's internal work is conducted in the English language.
DESIRABLE
The following would be considered an advantage:
Work experience in innovation accelerators or incubators
Work experience in public sector or international organisations
Knowledge of NATO institutional framework, policies and procedures.
DIANA has a flexible teleworking policy to permit working in office, at home, and across NATO Allied Nations subject to managerial approval.
The successful candidate will receive a temporary contract of six months with possibility of extension for another 6 months.
IMPORTANT: Appointment will be subject to receipt of a security clearance (provided by the national Authorities of the selected candidate).
