Temporary Recruitment Administrator

Brightwork are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to work with our client, a well-known organisation at their offices in Edinburgh on a temporary basis.
Working within their busy HR team, the successful candidate will provide key support to the team throughout a peak period of recruitment activity.
Duties will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for incoming queries to the department - Supporting candidates with the onboarding process - Updating and maintaining the internal databases with candidate information - Assisting with the creation and issuing of contracts
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within an administrative role - experience within a HR/recruitment team is advantageous but not essential - Be confident working with all MS Office packages, in particular Excel - Have a strong eye for detail - Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Please note that due to the nature of our clients' business, the successful candidate will be subject to further vetting including BPSS, an Enhanced Disclosure and Social Media checks.
