We are currently recruiting for a detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate accounts, with a strong focus on supplier statement reconciliations across multiple accounts.
Fully office based
£13-14ph
Your responsibilities:
Ensuring all supplier accounts are fully reconciled on a regular basis, identifying and addressing any variances Handling invoice queries, chasing missing documentation, and resolving payment-related issues Keeping the purchase ledger accurate and well-maintained at all times Working closely with both external suppliers and internal departments to quickly resolve discrepancies Assisting with month end tasks to make sure financial records are complete and up to dateAbout you:
