Management Accountant - Temporary (3 Months)
Location: South of Norwich (Office-based, full-time)
Rate: £20 - £23 per hour + holiday pay
Start: Immediate

Robert Half is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation on a 3-month temporary assignment, supporting the business while they complete a permanent recruitment process. Candidates who are interested in temp-to-perm opportunities are also encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time, office-based role, and applicants must be able to travel daily to the office south of Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Budgeting and forecasting support

  • Variance analysis and reporting

  • Balance sheet reconciliations

  • Supporting senior finance stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis

  • Assisting with process improvement during the transition period

About You:

  • Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience

  • Previous experience in a management accounting role

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Available to start immediately or at short notice

  • Happy to work on-site full-time

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20-£23 per hour plus holiday pay, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and potential longer-term prospects.
