Temporary Field Operations Engineer - 6 Month Duration Day Rate: £161 - £173 (£42k - £45k equiv) Hours: 40 per week Base: Croydon Travel: Nationwide (regular & reactive travel to client sites required) We're recruiting a highly capable Field Operations Engineer for a 6-month assignment supporting technical deployments and on-site IT operations across multiple UK locations. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving and delivering robust infrastructure solutions in fast-moving environments. The Role You'll be the technical backbone of field operations-deploying, maintaining, and optimising IT infrastructure across sites nationwide. Working closely with network engineers, contractors, and local teams, you'll ensure equipment is installed correctly, systems stay stable, and users receive high-quality support.
