You will be guiding customers through their finance application, responding to all pre-delivery enquiries and offering clear, reassuring information.Main DutiesAnswer customer messages and calls (text, email, phone)Help customers with their orders and fix problems quicklyGuide customers through things like finance applicationsAnswer questions before their vehicle is deliveredExplain things clearly so customers feel confident and dont get confusedBe friendly and helpful so customers have a good experienceHelp with part-exchange questions (trading in old cars)Deal with finance questions or changesCheck vehicle history and detailsHelp sort out finance agreements if they need to be cancelled or changedExplain extra products/services that might help themUse different computer systems to manage customer info and applicationsCheck documents carefully and make sure everything is correctJBRP1_UKTJ
